MFI warmly welcomes newcomers, trainees, young professionals, and students aspiring to build a career in media. With a strong mentoring and support-driven approach, the Federation designs structured internship programmes that equip participants with industry-relevant skills and practical exposure.
These programmes include hands-on workshops, seminars, and exclusive interaction sessions with senior media professionals and experts. MFI also actively facilitates career placement opportunities, enabling participants to secure positions with newspapers, television news channels, digital platforms, event companies, and allied media organisations.
